Music
The music at a Wedding Reception usually follows this format, however, we can tailor it to your liking.
Cocktail Hour
The older Jazz played at a low volume while the guests are mingling and talking. This is a nice touch and is great for atmosphere. Just a side note, if you are having a cocktail hour, its best to book five hours.
Dinner
We can continue with the Jazz or if you like, mix in soft vocal artists. The volume is at a low level to add atmosphere and not to disrupt the guest's conversations.
Cake Cutting
Music will be discussed when we meet. Bride and Groom's choice.
Traditional Dances
The Bride and Groom will pick the songs for their dance, the Wedding Party Dance, the Parental Dances, and the Closing Dance.
Dancing
The goal is to play music that everyone will enjoy. Its a big mix of music so that those young, senior, and in the middle get the chance to dance to music from their era.
Requests
We take requests during the reception and if they fit the plan of the day, we will do our best to play them. Keep in mind, we don't play gangster rap, heavy metal or anything freaky or nasty. Also, we only play music from our library.

Customizing Music Formats
Sometimes we get requests where the Bride and Groom will want to pick every song from the beginning of the reception to the end of the reception. We can do that for an addtional fee. Music that we don't have in our library will have to be provided by the Bride and Groom. Again, no gangster rap, heavy metal or anything freaky or nasty.
Flexible
Your wedding day is the biggest day of your life and we at Classic Masters want it to be right for you. We are flexible when working with Brides and Grooms. So please feel free to discuss what you invision when its comes to your reception. We look forward to your call.
Outside Wedding Receptions
The equipment has to be powered and protected. You would have the option of renting protection for the equipment and if needed, a generator to power the equipment or we can rent them and add it into your cost. If we rent it and need to set it up there will be an additional $100.00 set up and breakdown fee plus any fees with respect to renting a tent and/or generator.
Pricing
Reception only: $695.00 for up to 5 hours playing time.
Reception plus ceremony: $795.00 includes 5 hours of playing time plus the time for the ceremony.
Rates posted are based on the event taking place on the street level of a venue where we can just roll the equipment into the reception area. Situations where staircases or elevators are involved to get the equipment to other levels are slightly higher.
Overtime or Extra Hours of Service
$100.00 per hour for each additional hour when available
